Shipping & Returns

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $200. Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST are packed and dispatched the same business day, in plain packaging with no product markings.

All orders include tracking information sent to your email once shipped.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on material that has not been opened.

• Vials must be unopened, with the manufacturer seal and lot label intact
• Opened or unsealed vials cannot be accepted back, as the material can no longer be certified against its batch record
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
• Return shipping is free for domestic orders
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return
• If a vial arrives compromised in transit, send us the lot number and we will replace it

Need a different vial size? We offer free exchanges on all full-price items, provided the original vial is unopened with its seal intact. Initiate an exchange through your account or contact our support team with the lot reference.

The recipient is responsible for confirming that laboratory research materials may lawfully be imported into their jurisdiction.
