No. We supply material against a published specification and provide the batch certificate of analysis. We do not provide protocols, administration guidance or any information about use outside a laboratory setting, and we cannot answer questions about human or veterinary use.

Every compound is supplied as a sterile lyophilized powder, assayed at 99% purity or higher by HPLC, with identity confirmed by mass spectrometry. The lot reference is printed on each vial and the batch certificate of analysis is available on request.

Email us the compound name and the lot reference printed on the vial, or the order number, and we will send the batch certificate for that exact lot. Certificates are also available before purchase for any compound currently in the catalogue.

Lyophilized vials should be kept sealed, dry and away from light in a cool environment. Handling, storage and disposal are the responsibility of the receiving laboratory and must follow the applicable local regulations for research materials.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST are packed and dispatched the same business day. Standard delivery is 5-7 business days within the US and express is available at checkout. International orders typically arrive within 10-14 business days.

We ship to most countries. Rates and transit times vary by destination and are shown at checkout. The recipient is responsible for confirming that laboratory research materials may lawfully be imported into their jurisdiction.

Vials are sealed and shipped in plain packaging with no product markings. You will receive a tracking number by email once the order is dispatched, and order status is available any time in your account.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that we begin processing and may not be able to make changes. Contact support immediately if something needs to be corrected.

Unopened vials with an intact seal can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Because these are laboratory research materials, opened or unsealed vials cannot be accepted. If a vial arrives compromised in transit, send us the lot number and we will replace it.
